There is a type of wedding photography that has been called photojournalism. This style is designed to capture all the details of the day - the emotions and the movements. My style is generall not purely photojournalistic as I do love to capture beautiful portraits during the location photo session as well. However, I do place a great emphasis on capturing all the moments in the day. That is one of the main reasons I use a second shooter.
I often post my portraits here but I thought for a change I’d post a few more of the little moments.

Ryan and Lauren are due back from their honeymoon very soon so I thought I’d bump them back up to the top of my blog. I’ll have their slideshow up soon but I’m just loving these photos and thought I’d share them. Lauren and Ryan’s wedding had a really classic feel to it with a the beautiful lace dress and elegant details. We were rained out of our original plan so we ended up in the city which I personally think was the perfect spot as it suited the theme of the wedding so well. We finished off at a hotel with some indoor night shots.
This is one of my absolute favourites..
I just love this shot of lauren as she arrived in their London Taxis

A lovely shot of Mother and daughter before the big moment
This is Lauren’s grandmother’s veil - I love long veils!

Now Ryan would have to be my most nervous groom to date. He looked great though.

This little doorway in the city was perfect!

Some in the hotel…

This was taken at the general post office.

An amazing cake

Their first dance.
