[My gorgeous little flower girl] – Brisbane Wedding Photographer – First Glimpse Photography

Well I have to say, from now on whenever I see parents fronting up to a wedding with her young flower-girls or page-boys I will look at them with great admiration.  Being the mother of the flower-girl is a very stressful experience.  Especially when they are showing no signs of being rational in the hour leading up to the walk down the aisle.  When Natalie made her entrance and smiled and walked just like we’d taught her I breathed one of the greatest sighs of relief.  Here is what will always be to me the most gorgeous flower girl in the world.

This was Natalie’s first ever trip to the hairdresser.  she’s never had a hair-cut.

With here new Auntie Michelle.

The trip down the aisle

A official shot with the bridal party

She worked out that the little bags on the tables had chocolates and proceeded to empty out all the ones she could find. (photo taken by Sophie Schirmer - my second shooter for the day)

And not to forget Tegan who had some fun playing with the wand.

They are great shots Kylie and they show off how beautiful Natalie looked on the day. She pulled off a perfect performance and made everyone very proud. Don’t be fooled people, by the effortless look of her walking down the aisle, it took a lot of work from a small army of people to get her there.

Tegan, who spent the evening drooling over and wipping her nose on my suit, looks so cute in her little snow jacket. I look forward to see the rest of the photos and see my nieces again.

Thanks Damian. He is not wrong – it was a complex operation. She did such a beautiful job though which made it worth it.

Kylie, Natalie looks great and the photo’s really are beautiful. You did a fantastic job – every time I see your photos I am impressed with how good they are. You said being the flower girl’s mum is very stressful – not something I want to hear with Esther being a flower girl in September :)

Thanks Adele. Don’t worry – you’ll survive. Natalie came through in the end.

Natalie looks beautiful! She has such stunning eyes that you’ve captured so well in that second photo…one of my favourite shots!
